Heroines is a training course to empower women with mental health challenges through the use of writing therapy. The innovative HEROINES methodology parts from Role Model Women who overcame gender-based abusive situattions to inspire the writings. By the creative expression of feelings and emotions, HEROINES fosters personal growth and the self-discovery of the HEROINE that every women has inside.
